The StichAi app digitizes most photos and logos instantly and for free — try it first, honestly. Done-for-You is for the cases where you want a person to look at it: complicated logos with fine lettering, photos that need a custom decision about detail, or a job you'd rather not babysit.
If the app already gives you a file you're happy with, you don't need this service. If it doesn't, $4.99 gets a human on it.

A machine-ready embroidery file in DST, PES and JEF, sized for your machine, delivered to your email. You get the same stitch data the app produces, but prepared and checked by a person.
Paste a public link to the image in the form (Google Drive set to "anyone with the link", Dropbox, Imgur, your own site), or email the picture to contact@stichai.pro with your order ID after paying. Either works.
Most orders ship the same day, and we guarantee delivery within 24 hours on business days. Complex logos or multi-size jobs may take longer — we'll email you if that's the case.
We revise it free. Tell us what's wrong — too thick, wrong colors, a detail missing — and we'll send a new version. Two free revisions are included.
